Costa Rica officially presented this afternoon, the athletes that will be competing in the World Surfing Championship that will take place in Hermosa beach, Jacó the next 31st of July.
A total of 12 surfers, with an abundant technical body, will have the responsibility to defend the country in the championship that will take place in Costa Rica for the first time ever.
The Wold Surf Organization announced that in two days the different delegations from all over the world will begin to arrive for the championship, as well as the international judges. More than 30 delegations have been confirmed for the competition. There is still another week for the delegations to inscribe themselves to the championship.
